Access/Processing on the device: All user data that is gained is processed locally on the users device.

Data-transfer: Neither any data is sended towards the developer nor towards third parties.

Registration/account information: An account is neither needed nor possible. The only user data that is being processed refer to it's location.

Encryption: An encryption is not taking place. That is beacause the data is compared with street-landmarks locally.

Deletion: To delete location data locally on the device, the app simply has to be refreshed. That can be done for example through switching the mode between singletime and periodically or clicking on the button for help.

Data collection: When using the App the exact position of the user is being collected, as this is crutial for it's functionalities. The user is explicitely confronted with that collection of location-data.
